Consent to Services

I understand that by receiving salon services, I am voluntarily participating and give my full consent to the treatment(s) provided by the salon staff. I acknowledge that I have informed my stylist/technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect my service. I understand that results may vary and that the salon and its employees are not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes. I agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided and release the salon from any responsibility should I choose not to follow them.
